Most entries are just the number

A big number pad opens ready to type. The app suggests the reading type from the time of day and your last reading, so most entries are just the number and Save.

  • On waking, fasting, before or after a meal, exercise, bedtime and more
  • Add the meal, a note, and tags such as ‘took metformin’ or ‘exercise’
  • Change the time if you forgot to log earlier
The New reading screen with 5.6 mmol/L typed in, marked In target, above a large number pad and a Save button.

Judged against your own targets

Each reading is checked against your targets and marked Low, In target, Above target or Very high, always with an icon and a word as well as a colour.

  • Starts with common UK type 2 target ranges
  • Change them to the targets agreed with your GP or diabetes nurse
  • mmol/L or mg/dL
The four result types: In target with a tick, Above target with an up arrow, Very high with a double arrow, and Low with a down arrow.

Every day at a glance

Your readings are grouped by day, with each day’s average. Jump straight to any date to check what happened.

The Log screen showing today's and yesterday's readings with daily averages, and a Jump to date calendar.

Look back over 7, 14, 30, 60 or 90 days. See your average, the time you spend in each range, and an estimated HbA1c, clearly marked as an estimate.

  • Meal impact: each before-meal reading is paired with the one 2 hours later, so you can see which meals raise your sugar most
  • Averages for each reading type
The Trends screen over 90 days: average, percentage in target, number of readings, estimated HbA1c, and a chart of readings against the target band.

A nudge, never a nag

Set reminders for the times and days you choose. After a before-meal reading, the app can remind you to test again 1 or 2 hours later. Tap the notification to log straight away.

The Reminders screen with quick starts for on waking, before lunch, before dinner and bedtime, and a notification saying Time to check your blood sugar.

Nothing to sign up for, nothing collected

There’s no account and no server. We don’t collect anything. Your readings live on your phone, and they only leave it when you choose to share them.

  • Export a CSV spreadsheet to take to your diabetes team
  • Save a backup file and restore it on a new phone
  • Import readings from another blood sugar app
  • Works fully offline
The Settings screen with units, target ranges, tags, backup and export, alongside the promises: backup and restore, CSV export, no server, works offline, no ads, no account, no subscriptions.

Free. No ads. No account.

No subscriptions and no in-app purchases either. Every feature is free.
